Used Lubricant Purification Plant

This Used lubricant purification plant is specially designed and manufactured for SINOPEC SHENGLI OILFIELD, with a daily processing capacity of 5 tons.

This plant can sequentially separate water, solid impurities like dust, rust, metal powder, etc., gum and asphaltene contained in lubrication oil.  The used oil can be purified without destroying the base oil, tackifier and additives, which greatly extends the gear oil change interval.

This plant adopts uncommon purification materials, which does not require frequent replacement like common  strong acid, white clay, filter sand, resulting minimized secondary pollution and reduced purification costs.
