10 TPD(tons per day) Used Engine Oil Recycling Plant

This plant is specially designed and manufactured for LIAOHE OILFIELD OF CNPC，  daily processing capacity of which is used engine oil  11 tons with yield heat transfer oil 10 tons.

feature:

1. With high-vacuum distillation, high-quality base oil is distilled at 340℃.

2. This plant can be run all day , only one person per shift is needed for control.

3. High safety with electromagnetic heating, no open flame.

4. Low energy comsumption,  the electricity consumption per ton of used engine oil processing is about 180 degrees.

5. Modular design, a complete set of equipment including heating, heat exchange, condensation, vacuum, atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation, refining, control, circulating pool, cooling water tower, operating console, etc. can be transported by a truck.

6. Small footprint,   covering area is 28 m2 (4 m x 7 m) as a whole.
