Main purpose
This device is a single-well metering device with independent intellectual property rights newly developed by our company. The device is installed on the mobile equipment provided by the user, and is mainly used for multiphase flow measurement in annular wells, remote wells and difficult-to-measure oil wells. The device uses PLC for data collection, processing and analysis. It not only accurately measures the total mass and flow rate of the oil-water mixture, but also accurately calculates the water content and pure oil content. At the same time, it can also realize the real-time display of the instantaneous values and curves of various parameters of the multiphase flow, report synthesis, data storage and transmission functions. The successful development of the device provides the best solution for multi-phase flow metering and gas-liquid separation under the conditions of multi-phase mixed transportation technology for the petroleum exploration industry. Working principle
The device integrates applications of many advanced theories in practice, such as cyclone separation theory, oil-gas density difference analysis theory, and mass flow measurement. With gas-liquid separation control, produced fluid realizes the gas-liquid two-phase multi-stage high-efficiency separation; the separated gas and liquid are respectively passed through a gas flowmeter and a mass flowmeter to achieve accurate measurement of gas, liquid, oil, and water; The pressure of the device is measured by a pressure transmitter, and the measurement signal is collected and processed by the PLC measurement and control system, and then data such as liquid volume, oil content, water content, gas content, system pressure, temperature and related curves are obtained.
Structure and composition
It is mainly composed of a gas-liquid separation control , a multi-phase flow meter measurement and a data acquisition and processing system. The mobile tool is provided by the customer (or can be fully equipped according to customer needs).
