I. Gear oil purification device for pumping unit on site
This device is used in various pumping unit production units and pumping unit repair units, and is used for the centralized purification of gear oil produced by the pumping unit test unit and the separation and purification of the oil sludge generated during the pumping unit repair process.
The device extracts the gear oil in the gearbox of the pumping unit online, and at the same time flushes and extracts the water and solid impurities deposited in the gear oil tank. It adopts electromagnetic heating, ultrasonic demulsification, high-efficiency chemical flocculation, centrifugal separation, membrane filtration and other technologies to efficiently separate water, solids and gear oil from the contaminated oil. And then purify the gear oil for reuse.
